MIPM does the next step in neuromuscular monitoring. The monitor
may be used with a tranducer based on acceleromyography (AMG) or alternatively a Mechanomyography sensor (MMG). Mechanomyography directly pics up the muscle force. A movement of the muscle is not necessary for the measurement. With the TOF3D MMG sensor you can monitor your patient's neuromuscular blockade even when the patient positioning prevents AMG based measurements.
